The legal detail behind this website and any enquiry you send through it.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MEA Truck Hire website (meatruckhire.com.au) and any enquiry or quote request you submit through it. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
MEA Truck Hire Pty Ltd ("MEA Truck Hire", "we", "us", "our") is a dry hire heavy vehicle rental operator based in Badgerys Creek, NSW, hiring out prime movers rated for Single, B-Double and Road Train work from its yards in Sydney and Melbourne. MEA Truck Hire does not supply drivers and does not carry freight.
Content on this website — including fleet specifications, pricing indicators, availability, and imagery — is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and current, we do not warrant that all content is complete, error-free, or continuously available.
All logos, images, and content on this website are owned by or licensed to MEA Truck Hire Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
Submitting a request through our contact form, WhatsApp, phone, or email is an enquiry only and does not constitute a binding vehicle hire agreement. All hires are subject to vehicle availability and are formalised separately through a signed hire agreement, which sets out the applicable rates, terms, and conditions for that specific hire.
Actual vehicle hire, including rates, hire duration, driver requirements, insurance, and compliance obligations, is governed by the separate hire agreement entered into at the time of booking — not by this website. Every vehicle in our fleet is maintained in-house and covered by our fleet insurance and Mass Management Accreditation as described in that agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEA Truck Hire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This website links to third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party platforms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version will always be available on this page.
